T-Stretton.
Tom has been out and about riding a bunch of late, Recently himself and Stu went out to Morayfield and did a bunch of filming for future projects, I hear it was crazy hot up there but some real good stuff came from the days mission…

Spotted this web advert of our South Australian flow rider Liam Zingbergs for his clothing sponsor Primary Threads. Good to see Liam getting support from all angles!
Our flow rider from the USA Broc Raiford really put together something special, he does a bunch of good moves in this on some really nice looking spots. Nose bonk to rail was dialed…
In other Broc news, he went into surgery yesterday to have his teeth fixed up after losing a couple in Toronto a couple weeks ago. Wishing you the fastest recovery mate.
Today Zac did some damage to his knee, hopefully it’s not to bad. We were just watching the clip from it and this screen shot is a perfect description of the pain he was in after the incident, what he was trying would have been awesome though…
Myself, Zac and Mick drove down to Adelaide today/yesterday, Here for some unfinished filming business. We stopped into Little black Bike which is one of my favourite stores in Australia, so dialed! Matt and Jack hold down a good store so make sure you pop in if you ever come to Adelaide.

We are proud to be continuing the support for the Core Series up in Brisbane, you can get all the up to date info on their site here. The first one is next month so make sure you get out there…
Simon has been traveling a bit lately, mainly over in Japan. He recently popped up to Brisbane to film with the guys, thanks to Copp’in it Sweet for the images…
On the long drive from Melbourne to Brisbane a few weeks back we stopped in at a cool new park in NSW called Swansea.
Just a few clips of Zac Miner, Cooper Brownlee and Liam Zingbergs hitting it before the rain set in.
Filmed by Cooper and Zac, sorry about the extra wind blowout in the audio, the external mic broke the day before and it was super windy…
Random photo of Marnold from last year that I forgot about until i saw it on his facebook, lofty three to fakie in Melbourne…
Nice sequence of Tom Stretton at Corindi Beach on the recent Brisbane to Canberra trip. Thanks to Copp’in it Sweet for the shot.
Myself, Marnold, Tom and Mick arrived in Perth yesterday and we went down to the local BMX store, Royal BMX and hung out for a few hours. None of us have been over here before and it was definately a treat to hang out with Ben and everyone down at the store. Thanks to everyone who came down, it’s awesome to see another legit BMX store in this country.
We had a great time hanging out and riding the ramps at Helensvale BMX. Thanks to everyone who came out and the guys at Vale, much appreciated! Below we have Tom Stretton with an alleyoop downside whip and also a local shredder, Keahnu Doyle, who won the bunnyhop comp with a hop of 37 inches. He scored himself a pair of forks for his efforts.
We have a new tee out, called Since. It’s a basic logo tee printed on the usual slightly longer but not wider blanks that we use. I think it came up pretty good! We will have these with us all along the trip the next couple of weeks. Hit us up at the various in-stores for your chance to buy one while they last.
So myself, Mick Bayzand and Liam Zingbergs are in Sydney at the moment trying to film some clips, the weather isn’t on our side but Liam did manage to get some solids at this spot before the rain hit us…
Chris was down in Victoria for the Redbull Dirtpipe, here is a little write up about his trip. Thanks to Mitchell Morison for the photo…
Dirtpipe 2011 was unfortunately rain out all weekend and the actual competition was called off. Due too everyone having set flights home, a couple of riders had to cut it short, so Redbull put on a jam to keep everyone psyched. The pipe was rediculous and soo much better and more built up than last year, was soo pumped to leave this year in my own car and not a ambulance! All round good trip and a perfect way to spend a birthday!
Peta Shepherd and Tim Wood are apart of the coaching clinics going on at the GC Compound on the Gold Coast in Brisbane, check their site for more info on how to get help from some experianced riders.
Other Peta news is that she came 4th in Intermediate at a recent comp held at the GC, The photo below is from a session Peta had down there not too long ago.
Shane has been super busy of late, I will let him tell the story though…
It’s been a crazy past few months for sure. End of last year was hectic with trips to Japan, UK and Malaysia. In between I also headed to Melbourne for demos and finished up in December by going to China for a week to do more demos for their national TV station, CCTV. I got the invite for the 2 Guinness World Records that I got earlier in the year – pretty stoked on that and I heard that it was on Channel 7 in December as well but I missed seeing it, bummer!!
After getting back from China I hung around Brisbane a few days sorting a few things out with Newcircle as we were due to get the new complete Apprentice flatland bikes in (dope!). Then I hopped in my car and drove 2,520kms over the next 2 days to get back to Adelaide in time for Christmas – VW all the way yo! Bit of an epic trip dodging floods, messed up roads and Kangaroos… gotta love Australia!
Adelaide was sweet… hung out mostly, gotta bunch of riding in and kept it low-key. Chillin.
Because of all the floods I decided to come back a little early and made the 2,500km return trip to Brisbane… just in time to get back to the gnarliest floods that nearly swept the whole city away! As crazy as it was, good to hear that most people got through it ok, but a lot of people had a super tough time with it so I hope they pull through…
So now I’m looking forward to February as we have the first round of the Newcircle DownUnderground Flatland Series happening in Bridport in Tasmania over the 19th/20th – check it out if you’re down that way!
Brock Olive has been out and about filming for various things. Smooth smith to nose to bars sequence below. Thanks to Copp’in it Sweet for the shots.
