Fresno Jam

About a month ago myself, Jourdan Barba, Nathan Sykes, Chris Bracamonte and Polly headed up to Fresno for a jam with the locals at the Mosqueda park along with playing our current FREE dvd up on the wall ride after the session. The day was super fun with a large crew coming out and enjoying the day. Massive thanks to Ryan Garcia, Andreas Wenzel and Chris Bracamonte for making the day what it was. Even after the jam the guys helped us out with the issue of our only car key breaking in half but that’s a whole other story. Here is the video from the day, hopefully it portrays how much fun we had…

Nathan’s local

Nathan sent us through a few shots from the local dirt quarter he built up a while back. He recently cleaned it up and roasted a few moves out of it. Thanks to Matt Cordova for the images…

Backbone DVD & ACT Jam

The crew at Backbone have been hard at work filming for their DVD for the past 3 years and it’s all coming to completion very soon.

Be sure to hit up the ACT JAM in June for a great weekend and the premiere of the dvd. A large portion of the Colony Team will be in town for the weekend, should be a blast !!

The trailer is a great example of what you can expect from the DVD…

Nick Richardson – Tide Apparel

You should know that Nick Richardson is the man behind iconic Colony signature products like the Bloody Oath Frame & Bars & the Gnarkill Frame & Bars. Since leaving the BMX world a few years ago, he has been killing it with his own brand – Tide Apparel.

I for one, am so stoked to see Nick have great success from his hard work over the recent years with the brand. Bloody proud of ya Richo !!

Check out this interview below about what he has been up too the last few years. Go give him a follow on Instagram @tideapparel & grab a shirt or two on his website here now.

Luke Parker down

Luke‘s really been going in hard of late which unfortunately sometimes beats you up. last night Luke took a fall which broke his ankle pretty bad. I don’t really want to post photo’s of his ankle on here, I would rather just watch his recent video instead. Get well soon my friend…

BVD Instagram video

Brandon is all healed up from his crash in California recently and back on the bike! This Instagram video shows he is definitely back on it.Follow him on Instagram for more clips and epic scenery shots.

Mycek sessions

Michal Mycek gets a session in at a nice looking park in Poland and does one of the longest ice 180’s I’ve seen…

Jack Kelly in Adelaide

I traveled to Adelaide for the Easter long weekend to hang out and ride with some interstate friends from Eat Children Crew. I got to ride a few parks and street spots that I hadn’t ridden before which was a treat and hanging out with those dudes is always a good time. I also filmed a bunch of clips with Rhys, Doug and Moz and some little instavideos which you can see below.

Jourdan Barba footage

Any footage of Jourdan is good footage, some of these clips might be old but his technical rail moves never get old…

AveBMX – ALTER

The guys at AVE BMX over in Poland recently released a team DVD which to me is more of a movie compared to a regular DVD. It’s quite long but really well put together and both Mycek (starts at 5.50) and Milosz (starts at 40.45) have great sections within the video. It’s now online so get yourself settled and sit back for an hour and enjoy a great example of BMX at it’s purest…

Alex Hiam breaking boundaries

Good to see Alex back killing it in this FOX video that dropped today, loved the tooth to tuck he does at Bondi, so awesome!

Nathan Sykes update

Hey guys,

Just wanted to check in on what has been going down the last month. Cooper was over in the states with Polly and we did a really fun trip to Fresno. Had a blast doing a Jam at the Fresno park with a good solid amount of locals showing up. Threw out some Colony, Division Brand and Locals Only product. I definitely get a little crazy when it comes to product tosses! ( Hahaha ) The last week Cooper was in the states we went on crazy pool missions and started an IG official pool crew! The SBPBOYS! Also finished filming for a new Colony edit that I’m very excited about and should be dropping in the next month. Did a fun project with my best friend and room mate Matt Cordova that I’m super stoked on too! Lots going on always and more to come in the next months!

Tom Stretton on the road…

Hey guys,

Just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I’m heading up north to Sydney for a week over the Easter break. I’ll be traveling for a few days from Melbourne riding around and then riding around parks in Sydney and the outer suburbs. After that it’s onto Canberra to catch up with friends and ride some parks.

If you see me, don’t be shy and come say hello and have a ride. I’ll be tripping solo so company for a ride is always awesome.

Can’t wait to catch up and have some good sessions!

Peace!
