On the last official night of our tour we were all pretty much wrecked form the weeks travelling & riding. So our Rampfest night turned into a bit of a chill time for us. After interbike this year Ryan Guettler, Steve Woodward & myself did a little riding around Southern California for a few days. It was a good relaxed time riding our bikes & having fun. Stewart Munro made up this quick little web video of Simon O’Brien riding his prototype DejaVu frame in his front yard flatland mecca. Seems Simon quite likes his new bike & the riding shows it for sure. Simon’s frame wont be out till July/August next year though but you can get his & Shane Badman’s Pivotal seat now.
Bibu, our Colony team rider in Russia, let me know about a little split edit with his friend Vanya & himself. Just some daily riding with nothing special he put it, just what we in Russia call, ‘light street’. Bibu filmed it in three days of riding around just having fun, enjoy.
Mick Bayzand sent me an email yesterday & let me know he scored a bunch of clips in a Macneil/Tenpack web edit. It’s from a trip he did in Toronto earlier this year with the Macneil guys, including his good mate, Kym Grosser. Mick clocked some serious clips as usual which is good to see. Look out for Mick on the white bike with the gold parts. He always blows my mind with his rail skills, so bloody good.
Mick will also be riding the first sample version of his signature frame, called the Teddy, in the coming weeks. Expect more on frame that soon enough. Before you email us, it wont be available for 12 months.

After finishing up the shows in Egypt, visiting Cyprus, Hungary & the UK, I’ve settled myself down for the moment in the south of Sweden with my lovely girlfriend Jo. We live in a small town called Staffanstorp which will be our home for the next little while. Even though we live in Sweden, we’re about 30 minutes from Copenhagen in Denmark & a few hours from Germany. Unfortunately, I’ve not come across any other riders in the area, so if there are any out there holla at me! In between learning some Swedish & riding I also dug up some footage I had lying around from around 2000. Check it out below.

A few weeks ago I met Nick at Beenleigh to film one last time before his pending knee surgery. We got some footage clocked in an afternoon & this is the result. Nick is now out for 8 months with his knee recon & we wish him the best & fastest recovery.
