Achim from Fastpace sent us some more pics of their stand at Eurobike. Gives you a little sneak of some of our 2009 product range. Namely the ’09 Cube & Bloody Oath frame. Shipping worldwide right now. Look out for them soon. If you can’t wait till their available in a month or so then you can check them out at the Tip Plus booth #5149 at Interbike in Vegas in a few weeks.
That Orange is our painted version of our limited colour, Tangerine. Available on all frames, forks, bars & cranks.

The first batch of 2009 Hell Stallion frames are getting painted right now & ready to be shipped out.
Liam’s frame has been refined even further now & will feature removable brake hardware & an improved built-in seat clamp with replaceable nut & bolt. We also refined the drop outs with a cleaner shape & lighter design.
His final production frame weighs in at 4.76lbs of full post heat treated beauty.
Expect it to be available from mid to late September in most countries.

We have done a limited run of White products which have just landed in most countries now. You can get Official Stems, Pivotal Slim seats (with either Red or Purple stars), Pivotal seat posts, our Headsets, Clone Hubs & our Transformer Levers (not pictured) all in White. Add this to some of already available items like Bloody Oath Bars in White & you can colour code your bike all the way.

We had to make a hard decision recently & we have pulled delivery of the much anticipated Hell Stallion kits.
This will NOT affect the Hell Stallion frame or fork delivery in any way, just the planned kits consisting of Hell Stallion frame, fork, Official stem & our headset.
We pulled the kits due to them not being finished 110% to our high quality standards. Rest assured you will be able to get Liam’s frame & fork separately soon enough. We’re sorry for the delay on his frame but it will be well worth the wait.
You can expect the frames to be available after they start shipping in the first week of September. For the mean time you can get Liam’s signature forks in some countries now (Germany & France) with others very soon.

The frame featured a few days ago is Simon O’Brien’s signature frame, the Dejavu.
Simon’s frame will come in two sizes… 18.2 & 18.9″ with a 75 degree head tube angle & 71 degree seat tube angle. The rear end is 12.4″ with 10mm drop out slots with 14mm cutting lines.
It will come with removable brake mounts & hardware & features a built-in seat clamp with replacable nut & bolt. Spanish BB system is standard as is an integrated headset.
The entire frame is post heat treated giving it a great strength to weight ratio. The weight as tested is 4.09 lbs or 1,800 grams.
It will be offered with a lifetime warranty as well & the release date is set for early 2009.

Yo… check out the final samples of our Fantastic Plastic pedals. These will be going into final production very soon.
You will notice the weights are very favourable compared to other pedals out there. The non-clear versions are lighter due to the material used while the clear ones are a little heavier but still lighter than any other pedal out there right now.
First release colours will be… Black & White with limited edition colours as Tangerine, Red, Fluro Yellow & Grey.
We will also have some clear colours such as Black, Clear, Red & Purple. These will be released at a later date yet to be confirmed.
First release is set for late September this year.

These will be available on our entire range of alloy parts. Tangerine & Grey are limited edition colours & will be only offered once. So if you want them make sure you get in fast.

No, it’s not that famous TV show but I thought I would show you some of the manufacturing steps it takes to bring you our Official Stems.
First we start with a solid block of 7075T6 alloy & it is then machined in many various ways & processes by a CNC machine to give you one of the most sought after stems on the market today.

Our Clone Hubs are almost ready to ship & will be available worldwide in the coming weeks. Expect them in shops from about mid August depending on where you live on the planet. They will be offered in Black, Red & White.
Our front hub features the bolt axle system & have low flanges with 36 holes only.
The cassette features a 9t driver with a ceramic bushing bearing for fail proof reliability. They will be available in RHD & LHD with 36 holes only.

It’s been a while since I have posted any news on these but they are almost ready to ship now. After 2 years in the making we have our cranks exactly how we want them.

I have been riding with Alex a fair bit lately & I thought it would be a cool thing to show you what he is riding at the moment.
We made him a custom Bloody Oath a while back & now it will soon be offered as a standard line for all those younger kids out there who want a high performance frame. The frame is a special Bloody Oath with a 19.8″ top tube & 13.5″ rear end. These frames will be available in selected countries in September.

Here are the first peaks of our yet to be named, Plastic Flatland pegs we have in the developmental stages. We have been working on these for a while now & thought we should get the word out about them.
They are CNC machined from high density plastic & are extremely light at 75 grams each yet also very durable. They will come in either 10mm or 14mm versions & in black only at this stage.
Expect to see Shane Badman & Simon O’Brien riding them very soon. They will be out early 2009.

Soon you will be able to get yourself a Hell Stallion Kit at selected bike shops around the world.
These kits consist of Liam’s signature frame & fork, Official stem & Colony headset. They are only available in what we call Lighter Black (Black ED) & there are only 100 kits in existance.
You can get them with or without brake mounts & in 20.85″ or 21.25″ TT
Available late July to early August depending where in the world you are located.

Here are the preliminary designs on our first grip called, the ‘Brisbane’ grip. It’s named after my birthplace & current city of residence.
It features a soft compound with medium diameter & will come with a custom press fit plastic bar end. The cross pattern is also featured on our ‘Fantastic Plastic’ pedal. Expect a wide range of colours including some translucent ones.
No release date is set yet but we will let you know more later.

Here is a pic of the prototype sample on our plastic pedals due out August/September this year. This shows the shape of them but not the final finish as these samples are CNC machined. We do this first so to make sure its the perfect shape we want before opening the mold. I just thought I would show you this & should be able to show you the full pre production sample in a week or so. So watch this space.

New for 2009 will be our first flatland stem (or could even be used by those who like a shorter reach stem for street/ramp). It’s called the T.L.D stem (Top Load Device) & will be made from 6061T6 alloy. It will have a 35mm reach & a weight of around 220 grams.
Expect it to be available everywhere in November this year. We will release more details closer to this time.

Here is a small collection of some of the many new pivotal seats we will have in our 2009 range. These make part of our Canvas Series & will be out August this year.
The Silver ones are called Wings, Black one is called Splat Skull & the Yellow ones are called Ships. There is one more called Bones which is not shown. All of them will be available in Slim & Mid style seats. We will post more details soon enough.

Here is a very sneak peak of our 2009 pivotal seats. We will have two series available – our Star Series & our Canvas Series.
The Star Series will feature our familiar star embroidery & will come in many different colour ways including different coloured bases.
The Canvas Series will feature unique artwork by Chris Harrison with some very special colour ways to suit including different coloured bases. The Canvas Series will all be limited edition & offered only once per colour way.
We will release more information closer to their release date of around August this year.

Our range of Clone Hubs are nearing completion right now & here are some sneak peaks of the hub shells before they are assembled with the axle hardware.
