Flood relief appeal

In an attempt to help raise some much needed funds for those affected by the floods here in QLD, we here at Colony would like to offer the following.

Buy any pair of Colony LFH grips for $20.00 & we will donate 100% of the proceeds to the Premier’s Flood Relief Appeal.

Colours available are Black, Red & Purple.

Payment can be made by credit card only & by calling 07 3801 1555 9am till 4pm Monday to Friday. We will post your grips to anywhere within Australia along with some stickers for your efforts.

We are also getting behind a nationwide flood appeal series of BMX jams that will be going down sometime next month. More on those here in the weeks ahead.

So, whether or not you need some grips, please phone your order through & we will donate 100% of the proceeds to help those affected by this natural disaster. Now is the time for us all to help those in need.

Our goal is to sell 500 x grips which will mean a $10,000.00 donation, so every grip sold will help this cause.

Flood crisis…

Right now here in Brisbane, Australia there is a looming flood crisis at levels that have not been since the disastrous floods of 1974. Over the coming days, it is set to surpass those records set 36 years ago. My thoughts go to all those effected by this natural disaster. Already, lives have been tragically lost & let’s hope there are no more. I wish everyone the best in the days ahead.

New Australian team rider…

I would like to officially welcome to the team, young Brisbane shredder, Brock Olive. I had been hearing stories of Brock’s riding of late & once Cooper Brownlee met him while up here a few weeks ago it became apparent that Brock needed to be a part of the team.

Brock picked up his package today with everything we make to build up his new bike. Expect a bike check in the days ahead. Brock is also working on a welcome edit… so keep an eye out for that too.

Welcome to the team mate, it’s good to have you a part of the family.

I needed something to keep myself active so I got a fixed gear bike to get my ankle stronger. With the help of Mike Daly from Kickass & Med who owns Focale 44 I now have myself a 2010 model Relax fixed gear bike. Thanks also to Crossley Cycles for setting it up for me too. Thanks guys !!
