With Mike stepping down from Pro riding as of last week the guys at BMXFU put together this classic video showing just how savage of a rider Mike was/is as a tribute. He did some amazing moves over the years and we wish Mike all the best with his future endeavours such as Merritt. Mike will still be out killing it no doubt all whilst still reppin’ Colony.

Mike Brennan loves a good bleached tee so he was good enough to shoot us over a quick how-to on how he does his t-shirts…

First get a good dark colored Colony shirt. Then some bleach in an empty water or soda bottle and a nail.

First remove the cap from the bottle and tap the nail threw the center. Making a hole.

Next fill the bottle 2/3 of the way up with hot water.

Fill the rest of the bottle with bleach

Now lay your shirt out and spray on any way you want. The longer you leave it the more the color will change.

Flip the shirt over and do the other side.

Make sure to do it somewhere safe that the bleach won’t affect.

Then rinse the shirt out. Done.

Due to the cold weather on the East Coast of the USA Mike has been keeping busy riding some makeshift rails and ledges.

We are stoked to announce that one of New Jersey’s finest, Mike Brennan is now riding for Colony. I’ve known Mike for a little while now and everytime we would talk I could tell more and more that he was on the same page as us and things just fell into place from there. Next minute we are sending some product and the rest is history. A few months back Cooper had told me that Mike had expressed interest and good words about what we have going on at Colony. I was stoked to hear this for sure. It wasn’t until a few months later that we had the chance to meet up at Interbike and right away from that first meeting, I knew this was going to happen.
