Right now here in Brisbane, Australia there is a looming flood crisis at levels that have not been since the disastrous floods of 1974. Over the coming days, it is set to surpass those records set 36 years ago. My thoughts go to all those effected by this natural disaster. Already, lives have been tragically lost & let’s hope there are no more. I wish everyone the best in the days ahead.
This is the most recent advert for us in the current 2020. Monster whip drop to the grass bank by Chris Courtenay.
I came across this edit today featuring Tom Stretton riding his local park with Justy Bumpstead. Tom does some really cool stuff in this.

I would like to officially welcome to the team, young Brisbane shredder, Brock Olive. I had been hearing stories of Brock’s riding of late & once Cooper Brownlee met him while up here a few weeks ago it became apparent that Brock needed to be a part of the team.
Brock picked up his package today with everything we make to build up his new bike. Expect a bike check in the days ahead. Brock is also working on a welcome edit… so keep an eye out for that too.
Welcome to the team mate, it’s good to have you a part of the family.

Liam Vance is hooked up with Colony through our UK distributor, Table Top Distribution. Here is a quick edit on some riding he did in an hour at his local park, Rampworx. Liam is 13 years old & shows some good skills for his age. Keen to see how he progresses over the years to come.

Mick Bayzand’s signature frame & bars are the choice of many of our team & for good reason. They have all the right dimensions plus Mick is a badass. Plain & simple. Check them out by clicking here & here now.

If you are into flatland & you have been looking for an excuse to travel to Tasmania, then you will want to make sure you are down there for this on February 19th. Check out the video the guys put together for where the event is to be held. Looks really sweet.
The series is presented by Newcircle & supported by many other good folks including us here at Colony. In fact, we’re giving away an Apprentice complete bike for the year end prize for the beginner/advanced class. So get your flatland moves on & get on down to it.

I have been off the bike due to my ankle injury since last September & will be off the bike for another few months yet. I needed something to keep myself active so I got a fixed gear bike to get my ankle stronger. With the help of Mike Daly from Kickass & Med who owns Focale 44 I now have myself a 2010 model Relax fixed gear bike. Thanks also to Crossley Cycles for setting it up for me too. Thanks guys !!

I’m running a higher seat as of late because I want all my old barspin moves back, the new Focalpoint seat is so rad (thanks Coops). I’m also going with bigger bars, these Dagger bars are bigger then my old Official bars but I’m digging them. The stem is still my fav Colony part.
Thanks to Helensvale BMX for putting it together for me.
