Date of Birth:
March 19th 1996.
Colony, Division Brand and Goods BMX.
How long have you been riding?
I’ve been riding for around 6 or 7 years.
What got you interested in BMX?
I used to go ride these shitty dirt jumps by my house on a mountain bike, then one day Rayden Wickop saw me and told me to come to the skate park and ever since then I’ve been hooked!
Biggest influences in BMX:
Back in the day I grew up with Mike Gray, we used to always do mischief in the neighborhood, then he moved to Toronto and when I saw him making it and getting known in the BMX industry and it always kept me pushing knowing someone made it from where we grew up!
Where are you living at the moment? And where did you grow up?
I’m living in Portland Oregon. I grew up in Parksvile BC.
What does a regular Saturday out on the bike usually consist of?
Usually meet up with some buddies, go warm up on some ledges and just cruise through the city.
What are you doing for work these days?
I’m working at some tire shop called Les Schwab.
Top 3 places you’ve ridden over the years:
I havent travelled to much but top 3 would be austin texas, cali, portland!
What are your interests outside of Riding?
Swimming, playin pool, mostly anything that involves me being outside!
Car you own/drive:
A sexy little mini Coop.
Tell us something about your local scene:
The local scene around where I live is solid! Bunch of good dudes, everyone is always trying to motivate everyone to send shit!
What motivates you to go out and ride all the time?
In Oregon it rains every day, it’s great.. So everytime it’s nice we always gotta be out there trying to ride before it starts up again! And having a dialed bike always makes me wanna go cruise around!
Favourite place you’ve travelled to and why?
Probably my trip to cali, an unreal trip all together. I’ve never had the opportunity to go on a trip like that before it was crazy watching everyone throw down non stop
Good meals to eat:
I know Coop can’t agree with me on this but a nice juicy burger and a nice cold beer.
Give us some bands/musicians you are into these days:
Every time I need music I just hit up Adam Piatek and plug my phone into his computer, so i’ll listen to just about anything!
Favourite Colony product?
My favorite Colony part has got to be the Monash frame the geo on it is perfect! Highly recommend everyone gets it.
What has BMX taught you:
BMX has completely changed the way I look at everything, can’t even walk down the street as my head is always turning. It also taught me to think about what I’m doing, and always to be thankful.
The usual thanks…
So stoked to be apart of the Colony family, always thankful for everything Clint and Cooper have done for me, always keeping me rolling and stay in touch. Excited for many more years.
