Date of Birth:
12 December 1992.

Sponsors:
Colony and Richard always helps me out at Crossley Cycles because I’m shit at working on my bike.

How long have you been riding?
I started riding bmx when I was maybe 13 or 14.

What got you interested in BMX?
It was a combination of my older brother, my good friend Tom and a friend from school that I hadn’t known for to long. I saw a bunch of dudes riding at my local and it got me hyped!!

Biggest influences in BMX:
A lot of the old Cleveland locals, Dennis Enarson, Bruce Crisman and anyone that gets me hyped when I’m riding.

Where are you living at the moment? And where did you grow up?
I live and grew up in the Redlands, east of Brisbane.

What does a regular Saturday out on the bike usually consist of?
Up until 2016 I worked every Saturday for the previous 5 years at a bar so I didn’t really get to ride. But since I quit there it consists of getting up early and getting as much done in the day as possible. Some spots if we are filming stuff or a skatepark if we are taking it slow, surfing is good as well.

What are you doing for work these days? I just started with a labour hire company, but it’s super chill and only 2 days a week because I’m at uni full time.

Top 3 places you’ve ridden over the years:
Barcelona, Portland, Woodward West.

What are your interests outside of Riding?
I have recently started learning to surf, which is sweet. Any outdoors camping, fishing, fun activities. I’m into filming and photography and editing video stuff too.

Car you own/drive:
A 2007 toyota Yaris.

Tell us something about your local scene:
My local scene is sick. It’s gone through lots of changes since I started riding but I feel it’s good at the moment lots of young kids coming into it recently.

What motivates you to go out and ride all the time?
Everyone I ride with get me out riding a lot. We talk a lot of shit to each other so that’s always motivating to just try and prove the shit-talk wrong. Also of course watching web videos and old dvd stuff gets me pumped to ride.

Favourite place you’ve travelled to and why? Portland OR. The spots are good and the city is relaxed, there is heaps of good beer and I’ve made a lot of good friends there over the last few years. Feels like a second home.

Good meals to eat:
Hummus and bread or anything Mexican.

Give us some bands/musicians you are into these days:
It changes so often, but right now. Action Bronson, The Beautiful Girls, Neil Young, Cat Empire, NAS.

Favourite Colony product?
Anyway Plastic Pegs.

What has BMX has taught you:
That being hurt sucks, Travelling is the best, friends are important and to always have fun.

The usual thanks…
Family, friends, everyone that gets me stoked on riding, Colony, Cooper, Clint, Richard and Crossleys.
