How long have you been riding?
Around 10 years now.

What got you interested in BMX?
Well i never really enjoyed team sports as much as riding my bike and doing my own thing. No rules means its always a good time! Plus growing up in a small town, there wasn’t all that much to do in my spare time.

Biggest influences in BMX:
Seeing my mates killing it gets me stoked! And growing up I definitely idolized Ryan Guettler and Corey Bohan.

Where are you living at the moment? And where did you grow up?
I’m currently living in Perth, Western Australia. I pretty much grew up in country Victoria though, around Shepparton.

What does a regular Saturday out on the bike usually consist of?
Definitely a sleep in if I have been working all week haha. Followed by a decent feed then off to meet up with the homies at a skatepark of choice!

What are you doing for work these days?
I’m a heavy diesel mechanic with the old man. Which is pretty sweet because I can scam my way into getting a lot of time off to go and ride.

Top 3 places you’ve ridden over the years:
Well I grew up looking at Beenleigh as the place to be if you rode bmx in Aus and I had the chance to ride there last year. Its nothing too special but was rad to finally get there. Hopefully be back very soon. Nothing beats flowing through a nice big set of trails and definitely France for fise, such a good vibe and everyone is there to have fun. Cant wait to get out to the states though!

What are your interests outside of Riding?
Camping, fishing, hanging with mates. Pretty much anything outdoors! Cant stand being stuck inside, drives me crazy.

Car you own/drive:
VW golf gti mk4. Great on fuel, nice interior, not all that slow and the bike goes straight in the back, front wheel still on and all!

Tell us something about your local scene:
The scene here in WA is pretty rad. Everyone gets along no matter what style of a rider they are. Not as big as the eastern states scene but there’s always something going on. Sucks that there is nothing indoors though, so during winter riding is always a little more difficult.

What motivates you to go out and ride all the time?
Mates, good weather, good times… Wish I could be out riding my bike everyday but I’m stuck at work! It’s my escape from reality.

Favourite place you’ve travelled to and why?
Probably to fise in France. Just the vibe of the whole contest and location makes it pretty amazing.

Good meals to eat:
Breakfast would have to be the standard english breakfast (bacon, eggs, hash browns, cooked mushrooms, avo!) Can’t go past a good pasta though.. Tortellini carbonara preferably.

Give us some bands/musicians you are into these days:
Anything from Wiz Khalifa, Drake, Asap ferg, Machine gun Kelly to Hilltop hoods, Bliss n Eso, Die Antwoord.. Just depends on what mood im in!

Favourite Colony product?
Definitely loving the new 22s cranks lately! Its hard to pick just one product though, everything is so dialed.

What has BMX has taught you:
To have fun with it, no matter what it is!

The usual thanks…
Thanks to everyone that supports me and my riding in any way! Specially my sponsors and mainly Colony for the opportunity to be involved with such a rad company and team!
